Control access to SalesLogix - by User, Time, and Day of Week

The Schedule Manger for Sage SalesLogix provides the SalesLogix Administrator with the ability to control user access to SalesLogix based on the day of the week and time of day. Users that attempt to log in to SalesLogix outside of their defined schedule are denied access. Optionally, users can also be logged out of SalesLogix automatically.

The administration screen makes creation of schedules quick and easy by bringing Users and Schedules onto one simple form.

This sample screen shows the “Default” schedule, which is applied to all users unless a specific schedule is assigned to them.  In this example, users may not log in on Saturdays or Sundays, and may log in the remainder of the week between 6am and 6pm.  Additionally, they may not log in on Christmas day 2008.
